I started out at Cisco Systems in 2018, working with agile, remote teams within a global component system to scale solutions across 65+ countries. From there, I moved into consulting, rethinking web applications and leading design thinking workshops for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, I've jumped into the startup world, building scalable design systems and managing rebrands in the automotive and healthcare industries.

Centene, a healthcare company, tasked our team with designing a web application to help children in the foster system get consistent medical care. As a breakout room facilitator, I led a team of client-side engineers through three days of design thinking activities, culminating in a clickable prototype demo.

Cartus Corporation develops workforce relocation tools and offerings. To help the client identify and prioritize core underlying issues with their internal processes, I worked with a small team to facilitate a 3-day design strategy workshop attended by in-person and remote employees.
In a partnership with General Assembly, a technical education company, I developed curriculum and facilitated several interactive workshops to guide Cisco employees through the design thinking process, from writing interview questions to testing prototypes.
