Centene, a healthcare company, tasked our team with designing a web application to help children in the foster system get consistent medical care. As a breakout room facilitator, I led a team of client-side engineers through three days of design thinking activities, culminating in a clickable prototype demo.

Cartus Corporation develops workforce relocation tools and offerings. To help the client identify and prioritize core underlying issues with their internal processes, I worked with a small team to facilitate a 3-day design strategy workshop attended by in-person and remote employees.

In a partnership with General Assembly, a technical education company, I developed curriculum and facilitated several interactive workshops to guide Cisco employees through the design thinking process, from writing interview questions to testing prototypes.
